Approach

How I run your e-commerce.

One senior partner owning Shopify, acquisition and retention as a single system. Here is what that looks like from the first week.

01The engagement

Audit, build, then run.

3-month minimum, then rolling. Maximum 4 brands at a time.

  1. Weeks 1–2

    Audit

I go through your numbers, ad accounts, Klaviyo and store, and wire up reporting in Kreel. You get a written read of where the leverage sits before anything gets built.

  2. Months 1–3

    Build

Fix the foundations and build what is missing: tracking, account structure, core flows, store changes. The plan for the next two quarters comes out of this.

  3. Month 4 onwards

    Run & grow

Rolling monthly. I run the channels day to day, you get the numbers weekly, and we meet when there is a decision to make, not to fill a calendar slot.

03Reporting

Why I don't trust your ROAS number.

It's easy to inflate ROAS: put budget on branded search and claim revenue you'd have made anyway. I report on MER, total revenue against total marketing spend. It's harder to move, and it's the only number that proves the business is growing.

04How I work

What working together feels like.

Direct access

You message me, not a mailbox. No account managers, no gatekeepers, no tickets.

Honest numbers

I report on MER and contribution, not platform ROAS. If something isn't working, you hear it from me first.

Systems, not headcount

Reporting, audits and repeatable production run on workflows and Kreel. The time goes into judgment, not slide decks.

Nothing gets forgotten

Every decision, test and brand nuance is logged and carried forward. You never re-explain a call we made four months ago.

05Questions

Before you apply.

What does it cost?

It's a monthly retainer, scoped after the audit to the channels I take on. I don't publish prices because the scope differs a lot between brands, but it's priced as a director, not a freelancer. Apply and I'll give you a straight answer on the first call.

Why only four brands?

Because I run every account myself. Four is the number where each brand still gets a senior person thinking about it every week.

Do you do one-off projects?

Occasionally, when it's a meaningful piece like a replatform or a Klaviyo rebuild. If you need one campaign or one flow fixed, a good freelancer is better value, and I'll point you to one.

Who else touches my account?

Low-value production work goes to a small bench of specialists I brief and check. Strategy, the accounts and every decision stay with me.
