Kreel · software I built

I built Kreel so you never pay for a slide.

Kreel pulls your store, your ads and your email into one place and checks them every day. It writes the weekly brief, flags what broke and shows which ads are wearing out. The hours an agency spends on reporting, I spend on your brand.

  • Shopify Plus
  • Meta
  • Google
  • TikTok
  • Klaviyo
  • GA4

01What it replaces

Everything the account manager did, without the account manager.

An agency bills hours for chasing status, building decks and answering questions. Kreel does that work in the background, so the hours you pay for go into the brand.

  • The Monday status email

A weekly brief written from the data: what changed, why, and what to do first.

  • The monthly slide deck

A live dashboard you can open any time, plus a protected report link for your board.

  • Finding out on day six that Meta stopped spending

Daily checks that flag stockouts, delivery drops and ads that are wearing out.

  • Waiting two days for an answer

Ask your own ChatGPT or Claude. It reads the same numbers I do.

02Your own AI, briefed on your brand

Ask it yourself. Sunday night, if you like.

Connect ChatGPT or Claude once and ask anything about the brand. It reads the same numbers as the dashboard, knows your targets and positioning, and says which dates it covers and how fresh each source is.

Store revenue comes first. What Meta, Google and TikTok each claim sits beside it and is never added up, so nobody gets to double-count a sale.

Claude answering 'What changed last week, and what should we do first?' from Kreel data: store revenue, ad spend, MER and new-customer CAC, then each platform's own claims, then three actions.

03Creative, not only spend

Which ads are winning, and which are wearing out.

Every active Meta and TikTok ad sits in a stage: Testing, Scaling, Winner, Fatiguing or Kill, placed by your brand's own rules. AI tags each one by hook, format and angle, so we can see what actually returns at scale before the next shoot.

The creative lifecycle board: ads in Testing, Scaling, Winner, Fatiguing and Kill columns, each column printing its rule.

04Every morning

It tells me before you have to.

Kreel checks every brand daily for stockouts, tired ads, broken syncs and spend that drifts off plan. Each finding states what moved, by how much and against which window. It's written from the data, not by AI, so it doesn't make things up.

A creative fatigue warning on Meta: CPC rose 31%, ROAS fell 23% and hook rate fell 29% against the prior seven days.
A critical stockout finding: 4.4 days of cover, €4,585 of store revenue at risk.

05The weekly brief

The week in one line. Then the detail, if you want it.

It leads with the week in one line, then the numbers, then what needs a decision. It goes out as a password-protected link, so it's easy to forward to a co-founder or the board.

06Your data

Built to be trusted with the numbers.

Read-only at the source

Kreel never writes to Shopify, Meta, Google, TikTok, Klaviyo or GA4. Changes to your accounts are made by me, by hand.

Customers stay out of the AI

Your AI never sees customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses. It works with counts and totals, and Kreel is hosted in the EU.

Definitions on the number

Store revenue, refunds, timezone and currency are stated. Kreel isn’t an attribution model and doesn’t pretend to be one.

Have your own team?

Kreel works without me too.

In-house teams and agencies use Kreel directly. It has a 14-day free trial and everything is included on every plan.
